Overview of the tour in Rio de Janeiro

We will walk through the most important places in the history of black resistance in Rio de Janeiro, an immersion in Afro-Brazilian culture, gastronomy, and customs.

You will know stories of important personalities who fought with all their might for freedom and the end of slavery in the country.
   And we will finish this tour inside an important Samba school in the city, where you will see and play the most internationally known expression of the Afro culture in Rio, the carnival, the allegorical cars, the feathers and the history of resistance that exists for behind the party and of course, we can not miss a rich caipirinha to finish.

Small Africa is the name given by Heitor dos Prazeres to a region of Rio de Janeiro comprised of the port area of Rio de Janeiro, Gamboa, Saúde where is the Community Remaining Quilombos of Pedra do Sal, Santo Cristo, and other places inhabited by slaves and who from 1850 to 1920 were known as Little Africa.
