What is the Smart Traveller?
The Smart Traveller Loyalty Program is Freetour.com’s way of rewarding frequent travellers with exclusive discounts and perks. As you book more tours, you unlock higher levels with better benefits, making your travel experiences more affordable and enjoyable.

How do I join the loyalty program?
Joining is easy—just log in or register and make your first booking. That’s it! You’ll be automatically enrolled in the Smart Traveller Loyalty Program.

How do I advance in the Smart Traveller program?
The program consists of three levels, and you progress by completing bookings:

Level 1: Automatically unlocked after your first activity finished.
Level 2: Achieved after 5 completed bookings within two years.
Level 3: Achieved after 15 completed bookings within two years.

How are my bookings counted in achieving Levels?
Each reservation counts as a single booking, regardless of the number of people included in the reservation. For example, if you book multiple spots for a tour under a single reservation, it will be counted as one booking toward your Smart Traveller progress.

You must fully complete a booking before it counts toward your progress. For example, the tour must take place and be marked as completed (3 days after the event). Canceled or rejected bookings do not count.

Special Perk: When you join the program, your very first booking unlocks Level 1 status immediately after the activity ends — no waiting period! It’s our way of giving you a head start on your Smart Traveller journey.

What is Freemoney?
Freemoney is your travel cashback on Freetour.com. Complete selected tours, earn rewards, and use them to pay less on your next adventure.

How do I earn Freemoney?
Earn while you explore! You can earn Freemoney in two easy ways:

- By completing selected free tours marked with the Smart label
- By reaching higher Smart Traveller levels — the higher your level, the more you earn:
- Level 1: €0.10 per person
- Level 2: €0.15 per person
- Level 3: €0.20 per person

Bookings must be fully completed to count. This means the tour must take place and be marked as completed (3 days after the event). Canceled or rejected bookings do not count.

How do I spend Freemoney?
Spending Freemoney is fast and flexible! It’s applied instantly when you confirm a booking. You can use it to pay for your next tour or leave a tip for your guide in the app. If a booking is canceled or rejected, the Freemoney used will be refunded automatically.

You can pay in full with Freemoney or cover just part of the cost — the rest can be paid with your usual payment method. Please note that a minimum commission may still be charged due to transaction processing requirements.

How can I check my current progress in the Loyalty Program?
You can check your Smart Traveller level and active Freemoney under your profile. To see your detailed progress, go to the Loyalty Program and Freemoney pages from the dropdown menu. If you have reached Level 2 or Level 3, you will also see a badge displayed on your profile.

Why does my Freemoney balance show different values?
Your Freemoney can be:

- Active – Available to use right now on bookings or tips.
- Pending – Expected cashback that will become active once your tour is completed (usually 3 days after).
- Spent – Amount that has already been used.

All movements are listed in your Freemoney history.

How do I get my Smart rewards?
Smart rewards are applied automatically to eligible bookings — either as a discount or as Freemoney.
Look for tours marked with the SMART icon on city listings.

To find them faster, use the “Explore Smart Traveller” button on the city banner.

Can I use my rewards while logged out?
No, neither discounts nor Freemoney can be used without being logged in.

However, you’ll still earn your benefits. For this reason, we highly recommend using our fast login to enjoy all your perks.

Do all bookings qualify for the Loyalty Program?
All completed tour bookings on Freetour.com help you achieve in Smart Levels, but only Smart-labeled free tours add some Freemoney to your balance. Exceptions are canceled or rejected bookings.

Why aren't my bookings being counted?
Your bookings may not be counted towards your Smart Traveller level or Freemoney if:

- The tour hasn’t taken place yet (bookings are only counted 3 days after completion).
- The booking was cancelled or rejected by the provider.
- There was an issue processing the booking.

How does a high no-show record affect me?
If you miss a tour, you won’t earn any Freemoney. You also lose the Freemoney used for that booking.

Users with repeated no-shows may have their account removed, which results in losing all loyalty program benefits, including Smart level and Freemoney.

Do my Loyalty Program rewards expire?
No, your Smart Traveller level and earned Freemoney never expire.

Once you unlock a level, you keep your rewards and discounts forever without the risk of being downgraded.
