Our next stop is the colorful Sánchez Pascuas Market, a true hidden gem just outside the tourist zone. You’ll meet local vendors and taste seasonal fruits, snacks, or ingredients while learning about the deep relationship between Oaxacans and their food.

From there, we’ll explore the Espacio Zapata mural, a bold piece of street art and political expression that sparks conversation about the struggles and resistance embedded in Oaxacan identity.
