Dr. Paolino, a graduate of the University Federico II Department of Agriculture in Mediterranean gastronomic sciences, will take you on a walking tour of the historic Pignasecca market. You will discover the real and authentic Neapolitan street food, it is cheap, tasty and perfect to enjoy while walking through the alleys of the city.
I will tell production techniques, historical origin of the dishes and the influence of the Bourbons (Spain) Angevins (France) Habsburgs (Austria) on the way of eating in Naples.
You will taste during the tour everything you find interesting.
