To reach the activity, head to the "Puerta de los Leones" (Lions Gate), a short distance from the "Estela de Luz" monument on Paseo de la Reforma. The nearest Metrobus Line 7 station is "Chapultepec". However, please note that Paseo de la Reforma is closed on Sundays for recreational activities. If you come from the historic center, the last accessible Metrobus station is "La Diana," which is a short walk from there. Additionally, ride-hailing services like Uber or DIDI provide convenient transportation options.

Please note that the ascent and stairs may pose challenges for individuals with limited mobility.

The entrance ticket to the palace is NOT included in the tour cost and can be purchased on-site at the ticket machines, either in cash (Mexican pesos) or by card. The ticket price per person is 95 Mexican pesos (approximately 5.25 euros).
