Overview of the tour in Medellin

In this long route you will get to know:
(a) The Pedro Nel Gómez House Museum and the woman who accompanied Master Pedro Nel Gómez in his family project, leaving an important legacy for the country.

b) The legacy of the women leaders of the Moravia neighborhood, some of whom are still alive and others who are no longer here.

c) The woman who strengthened the cultural activities of the Botanical Garden of Medellin for many years, teacher and writer.

Through the appreciation of art (painting, graffiti, muralism, poetry, chronicle) this will be an experience that will pass through your senses and will reinforce the direct contact with these women who are living heritage.

On arrival

To get to the Casa Museo Pedro Nel Gómez:

1) Take the subway and get off at Universidad station. There take a cab service, value approximately 8.000 COP.
2) Take the metrobus towards Aranjuez and get off at the last station in the Aranjuez park. From there you can take a cab service with an approximate value between 7.000 and 8.000 COP or walk approximately 8 blocks.
3) Take Metroplús and get off at the Universidad de Metroplús Station. Cross and get off at Avenida del ferrocarril (in front of the Universidad de Antioquia) and take a public service bus that goes through Aranjuez (verify that it passes by the lower entrance of the Casa Museo).

Things to note

Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes, hydration, sunscreen, hat or cap. The entire tour is on foot.
