“It shouldn't be called tour”
When you do a tour it's because you want to learn something about the place. They just take you to some good spots but the guide doesn't explains why they have the snack or dish in their country, very disappointed they start the tour saying you will try the flavors of Colombia and you might try the typical snacks for sure but not history behind nor meaning. They tell you minimum tip 11$ because they cover some fees but they don't deserve that money because they don't do a professional job, they say that's how they survive (if that is the case I encourage them to do a better job because that was not even a good speech). I hope they read this and improve their service because now we understand why many tourists after some tours prefer to not do tours anymore, especially talking about street food tours. And the coffee the most disappointing part, they take you to a good cafe and teach you how to make a good coffee but is that really how real colombians make their coffee each morning? As said you won't learn anything about Colombian culture or food, you will just go with a local to some good spots, which is not worth it.

“Castillo San Felipe ”
The guide Fernando was excellent, the visit to the Fort was very enlightening, but what bothered me was the charge: on the website it says that you choose how much to contribute to the tour, but at the end they tell us that it costs $10 dollars. I think it would be worth more, but the way it's charged doesn't correspond to what's on the website, so it's not a free contribution and even less of a free tour. The lack of clarity and the way in which I was charged disappointed me in the end. I was willing to contribute more, but all I got was the $10 charged/demanded and the cancellation of the new tour I had booked. In Brazil, we have a saying: "the deal doesn't pay". I think it's worth evaluating the advertising and the way of charging, because the work/service provided was very good!

“When you want to understand better what you see and what you hea”
So interesting to hear the story of the country, what has made it's bad reputation for years and what is now emerging as a country getting out of violence even though the narcotrafficking is still present

“Popular walking tour. Great guide for history lovers. ”
Jeff is a great guide who shares a lot of history and his personal experience as a local in Bogota. Caveats: the tour (general tour) is extremely popular and may take as many as 40 people in a group.

“Perfect to start your time in Bogota”
It’s my first time in Latinamerica and Bogotá. I knew almost nothing about Bogota and feel well-informed now. The tour was very interesting and therefore very entertaining. Thank you so much, Nati, for the excellent explanations. All the best.
