Overview of the tour in Medellin

We will meet at Poblado Metro Station to take a ride into the Gondolas of the Metro Cable.

The city developed to metro cable to help the people that live on the sides of the mountains of the valley of Medellin go to school, work and office every morning and back home at night.

From the last Metro Cable Station, you can enjoy and take pictures of the beautiful views of the Medellín Valley, the neighborhoods, and Comunas. You can try some local snacks like empanadas or buñuelos. You will know how the corruption of the money from de cocaine of Pablo Escobar, the guerrillas, and some politicians had been transformed this city over the last 40 years.

Then, we go to the "Escaleras Electricas Comuna 13 Grafitti Tour. A place with a lot of stories about the Colombian political conflict and the colorful graffiti that the locals paint to transform the Comuna13 into a better place for the kids.

You will know how the Medellín transformation is due to the electricity we produce in Guatape Damm and because of the investment in education, 80 % of the public resources like taxes and money from a public business like telecommunication and liquor production.
