This tour will start in downtown Lisbon at Praça do Comercio.
After we take the ferry boat to the south side of the river (TICKET INCLUDED)

In Cacilhas, we will see the Frigate D. Fernando, built in 1845, is the fourth oldest in Europe and the last sailing boat to sail the Indian route. We will visit them in detail the inside, and see how was life on board a 19th-century sailing ship. (TICKET INCLUDED)

After we’re going to explore Almada’s Old Town, and Cacilhas Church, known for having an important role in the Earthquake in 1755 in Lisbon, and visit Almada´s Castel.

On arrival

The tour will start in downtown Lisbon in the center of Praça do Comercio near the equestrian statue of D. Jose king of Portugal. Facing the arch of Rua Augusta. After booking, some further instructions will be given on how to identify your guide.

Things to note

Accompanied by a Portuguese Local Guide, expert in South side of the river and the Frigate D.Fernando. Children under 12 are free. As the frigate will be the main attraction of the tour, the estimated time for the visit will be 1h 30h on average.
