Planting Healing Trees and Meditation

This experience is interesting, and the results are Amazing!!!

The people finish the activity with good energy, free, in peace, and happy. It begins in the meeting place in 93 parks.
Then we go by car to La Calera, the same road to Guatavita, which is also beautiful, we enter a place name Santa Helena.
Then I show you the place, it is beautiful!! We present ourselves and what we expect, then we do a little meditation of breathing and thinking in the present.

After that I give some exercises, so you can write the things you want to throw away, you can walk around and choose a place for you to be with yourself, then you come to me near a fire and burn the paper and if you want to talk about it, or do what you feel can do it, like cry, hug, etc.
Then I tell my history of life so you can feel more confortable to talk about the experience, after, we make a Kundalini meditation, of four steps, then we eat some good snacks, and finally, we plant the trees with the intention of being thankful for the things we want.
In the end, we can hug, dance static dance, sing and talk about the experience. Sometimes we continue doing walks around nature. Is beautiful everything!!!
