Join us to explore the heart of the city of Bogotá: the colorful town of La Candelaria. Here are the main sites of historical interest and places where you can eat delicious and exquisite traditional Bogotá and Colombian food.

This is a walking tour full of the typical flavors, stories, and secrets of the city. It is a total immersion experience in the culture of Bogotá and Colombia.

You will walk through the local market, taste sweet flavors and discover why Colombia is the country of fruits.

You will live a “coffee experience”, full of smells and flavors in a beautiful cafeteria in La Candelaria with expert baristas who will show you why the Colombian grain is so famous and appreciated.

You will be in iconic places such as Plaza Bolívar and you will be able to take unforgettable photos with the pigeons that abound in this traditional meeting place for Bogotans.

After more than 15 tastings, you will try the famous ajiaco, the most native dish in the city, in a place with more than 200 years of history.

ATTENTION: The total cost in food can be approximately 9 dollars. You can share the tastings.

On arrival

Your guide will be inside the La Concordia market (large yellow building), in the place called fruits and vegetables Doña Carmen. Recognize him by the microphone or the blue cap. Arrive 15 minutes early (1:15 pm). We start at 1:30 pm sharp.
