If you want to try local, homemade traditional Azerbaijani cuisine while enjoying homemade food and at the same time learning about local dishes and their recipes, this tour is for you.
During the food tour, you will be served a total of 5 dishes from the national cuisine. Salads will be the starting appetizers, followed by local soup, and then 3 different types of famous local homemade dishes. You will also have the chance to try local juices and compotes.
The tour will continue with traditional tea-making style, the Samovar, and its best friend, Azerçay, along with several local sweets like shakarbura and baklava.
