Your Itinerary:
- Stone Town Walking Tour: Step back in time as we explore the 19th-century capital. We’ll visit the moving historic slave markets, bustling daily bazaars, and narrow winding alleys that showcase a unique blend of Arabian, Indian, and European influences.
- Spice Farm & Swahili Lunch: We’ll drive to a local plantation to discover why Zanzibar is world-famous for its spices. Smell and taste fresh cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, and cloves. After the tour, enjoy a traditional Swahili lunch prepared with farm-fresh ingredients.
- Prison Island (Changuu): Board a boat to this beautiful offshore island. Here, you’ll encounter the famous giant land tortoises, descendants of those gifted from the Seychelles. It’s a perfect spot to relax and take photos before our boat ride back to the city.
Convenience: The day ends with a comfortable drop-off back at your hotel. Join us for an unforgettable journey through history, nature, and flavor!

For this shared tour, the pick up time is between 8.00 am and 9.00 am and confirmed by our guest relations coordinator. Does not include Prison Island 22 USD/person entry ticket, Slave market entry ticket not included, to be paid at the cashier at the entrance of Slave Market and at the entrance of Prison Island.
Things to note
Our driver will pick you up at the reception. Please kindly be ready at the reception of your hotel 5 minutes before departure time.
Important information: Kindly note that for the Shared group tour, the activity requires a minimum of 6 participants.
If the minimum of 6 participants is not reached, our Guest Relations Coordinator will contact you to reschedule the tour
For the shared tour, kindly note that there will be waiting times in the transportation, for the driver to pick up each guest from their hotel.

Food & Water Provided – We offer lunch and water during the tour, but you may want to bring extra water for convenience.
Water Shoes or Sturdy, Non-Slip Footwear – Recommended for safely climbing in and out of the boat.
