Alternative Yerevan Walking Tour
Overview
It includes some good (and bad) graffiti, the oldest surviving private houses in Yerevan, and general info about history, architecture, art, and culture.

North West of Diana Abgar Park, near the sculpture in the parking lot
On arrival
On the entrance to the Kond Pedestrian Tunnel, in front of the sculpture in the parking lot on the northwestern side of Diana Abgar Park.

Things to note
This tour includes a few hundred meters of uphill downhill roads.
Get proper shoes and a bottle of water.
It is not suitable for wheelchairs and baby strollers.
Not advisable for young children.
