On arrival
We'll meet in front of the NewDays store, located next to the Park Exit of JR Ueno Station. It's a covered area, perfect for sheltering from the sun in the summer or from the rain.

I'll wait 5 to 10 minutes after the agreed-upon time. After that, we'll start the tour.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
