Overview
After meeting us, the first stop will be the Tokyo government building, which houses the most famous free viewpoint in the city, from which we can enjoy a panoramic view of the Tokyo skyline.
On the way down, we plunge into the bustling streets of Shinjuku. The western part of the station is the perfect example of the economic greatness experienced by Japan decades ago, with modern, eccentric architecture and buildings that seem to touch the sky.
Crossing to the east side of the station, we will find Omoide Yokocho and the 3D Shinjuku cat screen, where the neon lights will immerse us fully into the nightlife of Kabukicho, the famous entertainment district. Among the glow of the lights, you will discover the most modern Tokyo, but also its darker and mysterious side.
To culminate the tour, we will explore Golden Gai, a hidden treasure in the heart of Shinjuku. This small labyrinth of alleys is home to tiny bars where time seems to have stood still.
After two and a half hours, we will bid farewell to this free tour of Shinjuku.
