Overview

We start our walk from the Hachiko dog.
Observing Shibuya Crossing from the Inokashira Line bridge, we compare the Shibuya of today with that of the 19th century.
Retracing Shibuya Creek, we visit Inari Shrine and Hachiman Shrine.
You'll meet the people who brought Shibuya to life, including the dog Hachiko, a young medieval samurai, the Shogun's nanny and more.
Finally, looking out over the crossroads from the 11th floor, you'll get a sense of Shibuya as a whole, made up of distinct neighborhoods.
While avoiding the crowds, you'll have the keys to understanding and fully enjoying this amazing Shibiuya Valley!
