For two hours we will tour the heart of the Historic Center of Quito through the senses. We will start by observing architectural details and stories of the colonial facades, and then we will enter a traditional market where we will explore local fruits, aromas and daily dynamics.
We will continue with a stop at a "hueca", an emblematic space of Quito's popular gastronomy, and we will finish with a sensory activity in an intimate space with a local artisan, connecting textures, aromas and stories.
