Overview
You'll receive an immersive hands-on workshop about the ancient, exquisite Ecuadorian food by an expert local old chef specialized in the dishes of the rich gastronomical tradition of our country.
The workshop includes the ingredients for the preparation of two of the main traditional dishes as well as a full meal so you can try them once cooked. As the chef is Spanish-speaking, you'll also get an experienced English-speaking interpreter who will explain to you step by step the whole process. A cup of Lojan coffe ( one of the finnest of the world) is also included.
