If your flight is delayed, we’ll continue to wait for you there—at no extra charge and with no stress—for up to 30 minutes.

On arrival
Once you have retrieved your luggage and cleared customs, head toward the main exit of the international or domestic arrivals hall (depending on your flight).
Right as you exit through the sliding doors into the public lobby, you’ll see our representative holding a sign with your name or the “Ances-trail” logo.
In case of any issues:
The airport offers free Wi-Fi. If your luggage is delayed or you can’t find the driver right away, please connect to the Wi-Fi and message us or call us on WhatsApp.
Things to note
Important Information for Your Transfer:
Flight Details: Please be sure to provide us with your flight number and estimated arrival time when making your reservation so we can monitor any delays or early arrivals.
Courtesy waiting time: The driver will wait a maximum of 60 minutes (for international flights) and 30 minutes (for domestic flights) from the flight’s actual landing time. If you need more time due to customs procedures or baggage, please let us know immediately using the airport’s Wi-Fi.
Baggage allowance: The standard rate includes [example: 1 medium suitcase and 1 carry-on bag] per passenger. If you are traveling with oversized luggage (surfboards, bicycles, excess baggage), please let us know in advance.
Final destination: The direct transfer includes drop-off at your hotel or specified address within downtown Quito. It does not include intermediate stops or sightseeing detours unless arranged in advance.
Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
