Meet your guide at a starting point and go to learn about important historical events, personalities, and legends behind the most iconic landmarks of the Coyoacan district in Mexico City. Translated from Nahuatl as “The Place of Coyotes”, this picturesque historic neighborhood of Mexico City was Hernan Cortes' headquarters after the fall of the Aztec Empire. Coyoacan has a vivid, even festive appearance with narrow colonial-time streets, ubiquitous cozy cafés, and a lively atmosphere. Once home to Leon Trotsky and Frida Kahlo (whose homes are captivating museums now), it has a noticeable alternative vibe, especially on weekends, when street musicians, artists, and craft markets attract large but relaxed crowds from parts of Mexico City.

Please arrive at the meeting point (in front of Fuente de los Coyotes) at least 10 min before the scheduled time - your guide will be waiting there with a sign saying "Vibe Adventures".
