Overview of the tour in Mexico City

The markets are a little Mexico, all the colors, the flavors and the customs are between the aisles and the stores. The market we will visit is one of the flower, fruit and vegetable distribution centers for restaurants and businesses. We will visit you as if we were shopping, and we will explain how to choose meat and what dishes are used, the different species of corn and the process for making tortillas. We will take a walk through the food area, we will know typical dishes such as barbecue and jerky. We will try some dairy products like cheeses and cream. You will learn alternative medicine based on medicinal herbs and healing minerals, we will observe traditional kitchen utensils. We will admire the different fruits and how to eat them, we will also be able to know in depth the history of the true piñata and the sweets with which it is filled. Then you can meet and smell different types of flowers and their meaning. At the end you will be able to eat and bring some souvenirs from this special day.
