First Time in Marrakech: Medina Highlights & Hidden Gems Tour
Overview
Continue through Souk El Mouassine and past the historic Mouassine Fountain to Le Jardin Secret, with an optional visit inside. Discover a traditional caravanserai, then walk through the leather market toward Ben Youssef Madrasa, also optional to visit inside.
Pass by the Museum of Marrakech and continue through artisan quarters, including the copper market and colourful dyers’ souk. Finish at Jemaa el-Fna, where your guide will also recommend good local restaurants and traditional Moroccan dishes.
This is a tip-based tour with no fixed ticket price. Guests are kindly encouraged to budget around €13 or more per person, depending on satisfaction. Please book only if you understand and are comfortable with the tip-based concept.

Meeting point: Near the white dome, on the side of Avenue Mohamed 5, there is usually a sign of the local guide (Morocco Tours VIP).

Bring a hat, sunscreen, and water to stay cool, especially in warmer months.
A modest dress is recommended when visiting cultural sites.

Children are welcome, but please ensure they are supervised at all times.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
