Overview of the tour in Hoi An

Visit Hoi An local market, where we will pick up some extra ingredients needed for our cooking class. You will feel the bustle of the morning market and have the opportunity to interact directly with the sellers. You can also learn some “bargaining” tips while shopping.

After that, we will return to a local restaurant in the organic vegetable village called Tra Que. Discover the farmer’s secret to growing vegetables by using organic fertilizers such as seaweed manure.

Participate in agricultural activities such as hoeing, collecting seaweed, as well as transplanting and watering. After experiencing the farm work, you will have a rest, then have a relaxing foot massage and health treatment with traditional medicinal herbs before participating in processing and cooking some famous local dishes: Spring Rolls, Green Papaya Salad, Fish in Clay Pot, and Banh Xeo.

Enjoy your meal with dishes made by yourself. After the meal, you take a rest before getting back to the hotel. Tour ends.
