Please meet your guide in front of La Poire Café in Tahrir Square, directly across from the main entrance of the Egyptian Museum.
La Poire is a popular café and is easily visible on Google Maps. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.
Things to note
- Please note that the museum requires a ticket for entry, and since this is a free tour, entrance fees are not included.
- Mobile Photography is allowed inside the museum without flash, but professional Cameras are not allowed or allowed with fees.
- If you're a student, please bring your valid student card (from your School/university).
- Dress comfortably and wear walking shoes, the museum is large with multiple galleries.
- Our guide will help you navigate and understand the highlights, including artifacts from the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms, as well as Amarna, Greek, and Roman periods.
