We start at the Grand-Place, declared a World Heritage Site, where its architecture and the Christmas lighting show create a unique setting. Exploring the origin of its legends and its link with the local identity.
The tour continues to the Église Notre-Dame du Bon Secours, the Place de la Bourse and the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, which in December are filled with decorations, glittering shop windows and the aroma of chocolate and spices typical of the season.We end at the Mont des Arts.
The tour includes a digital guide with local recommendations and a small typical detail of the city. It is the best way to start your trip and enjoy the Brussels Christmas atmosphere from the first day.
Meeting point
Nos encontraremos en la Grand-Place, en la puerta principal del Ayuntamiento. Busca el paraguas con los colores Negro, Amarillo y Rojo (colores de la bandera de Bélgica). Escribe bien tu número para contactarte vía WhatsApp antes del evento
On arrival
We will meet at the Grand-Place, at the main door of the City Hall. Look for the umbrella with the colors black, yellow and red (colors of the Belgian flag). Write down your number so we can contact you via WhatsApp before the event.
Things to note
1.- Voluntary contribution: This is a free price tour, you decide the value of the experience! We accept cash in euros, dollars and also credit card payments.
2.- Headphones: To make sure you don't miss a single detail, we provide headphones. We only provide headphones to people over 12 years old.
3.- Cancellations: If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation directly from the platform. This way, your place will be available for someone else.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
