Stories About Brussels: An Insider's View by Local Storytellers
Overview
The city has a rich history and transformed into the capital of Belgium and of Europe. Brussels is hard to describe, as it's not just a city. It's more like a concept (like Belgium itself). There's an enormous amount of things to consider: it's the birthplace of world-famous comics, there are 80 museums, politicians from 27 countries, 3 official languages and even more unofficial ones, it was at the heart of both WWI and WWII and people from 184 different nationalities are living in it.
And of course, there's beer, chocolate, fries, and waffles.

Our Guides
On arrival
You'll find your guide on the iconic Grand Place of Brussels by looking for the YELLOW umbrella with AMBASSADORS on it. Rain or shine, we'll be there.
Any other yellow umbrella won't be as good.
Things to note
Wear comfortable shoes.
As Belgium has ever-changing weather, prepare for the worst possible weather, and then the weather can only turn out to be better than expected. We'll run our tours anyway!
The minimum amount of people to run a tour is 5. In the (rare) case wo don't get to that, our guide will make sure you can join another tour in the city run by one of our friends.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
