On arrival

The meeting point will be the entrance of the Acropolis subway. You should be there 10 to 5 minutes before the start of the activity (8:05).

Tickets to the venue must be purchased prior to the start of the activity. Regular tickets can be purchased online, but all free or discounted tickets can only be purchased in person at the box office. Even if you benefit from free admission, a physical ticket is required and is only issued at the box office.

If you are taking the 8 o'clock Tour, we recommend that you be at the South Entrance ticket office area around 7:45 a.m. so that when they open to the public (at 8:00 a.m.) you can get your tickets quickly before a long line forms. Once you are given your tickets, you will need to go to the meeting point, which is less than a 2-minute walk from the ticket office. This is an everyday situation and is handled very smoothly.
