On arrival
10 minutes walk from Syntagma Square, at the end of the National Garden on your left-hand side.
By Metro Acropolis, 5 min. Walk follow the pedestrian street of Dionisios Aeropagitus, turn to the right, and in front of you, is the Hadrian's Arch.
On the left side of the Arch is the statue of Lord Byron, at the beginning of VASILISIS OLGAS street and AMALIAS avenue.
Please WRITE IN GOOGLE: STATUE OF LORD BYRON, in order to be guided and oriented correctly.
Kindly note, due to pedestrian street reconstructions, the access to Lord's Byron statue is difficult, please wait just on the other side of it, where the bronze statue of Alexander the Great is located.
The bronze statue of Alexander the Great, is opposite to New York College, a yellow new classical building, at no 38 Leoforos Amalias Avenue, and at the west side of the National Garden.

Please note, that this tour is tip-based, I understand that you want to keep your trip low on budget, but this tour is my daily job. An average tip for this tour is of 5 Euros per person for groups of 25 guests and 10 Euros per person for groups less than 10 guests.

With lots of suggestions for your free time and leisure, to find original tasty and cheap tavernas with delicious food, ouzeri with fresh snacks, Greek music and traditional Greek dances! But also for night clubbing in the centre of Athens or at the coast, at the Riviera!
Kindly note that participation of enough guests is very essential and if participants are less than 6, the tour can be cancelled, due to insufficient number.

Due to the strong sun and increasing temperature, the afternoon tour, is to start late in the afternoon hours, in order to avoid the sun and at the same time to give you enough time to watch the sunset near Acropolis and to plan and enjoy your dinner at the beautiful hidden tavernas of the historical centre, with delicious traditional food and house wine!
Please note that due to work done at the lord's Byron area. Do not stay inside the park and meet us at the corner, outside the area where the traffic lights are and the bronze statue of Alexander the Great at Amalias ave.
Please do not forget to wear a hat and have a bottle of water with you!
