
Amsterdam Chocolate Tour
Overview
Our tour visits 3 different artisan chocolate shops. At each one, you will receive a sample to try, and in the end, you'll take part in a short tasting workshop led by the shop's staff member. You'll have the chance to learn about chocolate production and how Amsterdam aims to lead in the chocolate industry.
With this tour, you’ll walk past some of Amsterdam's most famous sights and interesting areas, such as the Westerkerk, Anne Frank House, Jordaan district, Dam Square and the Red Light District. Your guide will tell you all about the history of the city, as you make your way between the chocolate shops.
This activity includes:
- Anne Frank Monument
- Jordaan District Apartments
- Dam Square
- Red Light District Amsterdam Centrum
- Walking tour of famous locations
- 3 Artisan Chocolate shops
- 1 sample per person in each shop
- Chocolate tasting workshop
- Hot drink per person at finishing location
On arrival
Your guide will meet you next to the Anne Frank Monument at the Westerkerk, on the Prinsengracht Canal.
He will have a sign reading "InContext Tours"

Amsterdam weather can be crazy! Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
This tour last approximately 2 hours. It may run a little longer depending on the time taken in various locations. Please let your guide know if you are on a schedule.
You will receive an additional confirmation email from your guide with a telephone number for him - don't hesitate to call on the day or before if you need any help!
For this tour, we have a 3-day cancellation policy. This is because we need to book the workshop for you at least 2 days in advance, and so because of this.
