Overview
Our 2.5-hr tour will cover the most important monuments on the Mall, from the earliest days of the American Republic down to the present day. Sites include: Lincoln Memorial, Reflecting Pool, Vietnam War Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, World War II Memorial, and Washington Monument.
I, Andres, your guide, have lived in Washington, DC for three years, originally moving here for my graduate studies. As a true creature of Washington, DC, I am a foreign policy professional. I am fluent in all six UN languages: Russian, Chinese, Arabic, French, Spanish and English.
Please dress appropriately for the tour during the winter. There are a few opportunities to use public restrooms during the tour, HOWEVER, facilities are sometimes closed, so it is best to prepare beforehand and assume you will not have access.
I will contact you beforehand to confirm details.
