Overview of the tour in Valletta

Trying to understand a country's history can end up in a mess of dates, names, and events that are easily forgotten. That is why we will not put you through all that pain during this tour. We do not believe in repetitive and boring details. Instead, we shall learn about the scandals, murders, mystery, and triumph that have shaped this city "built by gentlemen for gentlemen."

- Why call the city Valletta?
- How did the various conquerors adapt to life on a tiny island with hardly any water, agriculture, or infrastructure?
- Who were the Knights Hospitallers, and why did they come to Malta?
- How did WWII affect Malta?
- What is Maltese culture like?
- What's new in current events?

The answers to the above question shall be revealed during this walking tour. See you there.

Meeting point

Bridge in front of Triton Fountain

On arrival

At the Triton fountain, you might see a gorgeous, model-like, blonde lady ... that's not me! I'm the curvy brunette standing at the Valletta bridge (in front of the Triton Fountain), holding a tablet with the Malta Unwrapped logo.

We ask you to be punctual as we will not be able to wait for more than five minutes as a courtesy towards the other participants.

Things to note

We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and clothing depending on the season. Water and sunscreen are used during the warm summer months (April - September), and umbrellas and rain jackets are used during the cooler winter months (October - March). It hardly ever rains in Malta, but when it does...

We strive to offer you the best possible experience in Malta, so feel free, at any time, to ask us any queries you might have about the Maltese Islands, attractions, customs, transport, restaurants, or any other general questions. We're more than happy to help.

Free Cancellation

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
