“The English-speaking guide was a no-show!”

Fernando (I think his name was) gave a good tour in Spanish! I think I understood 75% of it. I did book an English tour, so not sure what happened, but I’m glad there was a tour at all!

“All wrong”

Two days before the tour, I received an email telling me that the date had changed; it was now three days later. A few days earlier, I sent a message to see if the tour was still on, and they didn’t reply. I also sent another message to say that I wouldn’t be in Seoul on the day they’d rescheduled the visit, but they didn’t reply to either message—not before or after. Luckily, I had another tour booked with a different guide, and it was great.

“Group was too big”

Our guide was knowledgeable and it is a good way to orient yourself around the city but our group was about 25 people which is just too big to be able to hear and ask questions
