There is no review because it was not done. No notice of cancellation. And we went to the place. We never found out about the cancellation.

First of all, the guide was late and did not notify participants. Many of us waited outdoors in cold while some were sent the first location where we'd go where they could stay indoors and warm. The guide is not a local guide (Korean), which already gave a weird taste when they kept saying things like "our country", "our history" etc while mispronouncing areas/simple touristy words. It also felt like he was reading exact same information we could see at each place. Also, he did not care that much about the group while moving between places. Both the guide and the participants (not their fault) would block the path of other local Koreans and I could see that they were annoyed. If you're a local, and a guide, maybe you should tro to coordinate how we move and where you place us when you start explaining/telling us things. Also, of all the "free" tours I've been on in asia, this is the most tip-hungry tour I've been on. Already in the description it gave a bad taste ("People usually give 10k to 50k KRW per person"; which would be ~7 to 34 USD). All in all, if you really wanna learn something, this is not for you. You can learn the same things by going to the places in this tours itinerary.

No one showed up and they only gave notice at the time after they had already postponed it

The guide was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Seoul. It was a very enjoyable and enriching tour. I would repeat without hesitation!

Communicated last night that tour had changed from 10.30-11. I messaged this morning to confirm. Got a message back that guide was running late. At 11.30, we where five waiting, I message how much longer. At 11.45 we left as no message (still no message at 15:20) as if the guide would show up or not. We would have appreciated more communication and an honest reply. Like tour is cancelled. Instead we waited for 1 hr.

They moved up the time even though we accepted. The guide was 20 minutes late. Do not expect any drinks included. The meeting point is not the one indicated, neither the duration, 1 hour and a half. And the guide, although very nice, didn't tell us anything we hadn't read in the guide book. So with the feeling of having paid for something that is not worth it.

Not only did they cancel my tour supposedly because it was full, after confirming my booking in writing and taking my money ! I couldn't cancel because their site would not let me .And now they are asking me how the tour went? How worse can they be.

i would never come back they left us stranded the guide never showed up and we dialed him and he never answered or told us this is a scam

The tour was pretty cool, Auxi had to deal with having two tours together and twice as many people, but if she hadn't mentioned it no one would have noticed, she's a crack.
