“All wrong”

Two days before the tour, I received an email telling me that the date had changed; it was now three days later. A few days earlier, I sent a message to see if the tour was still on, and they didn’t reply. I also sent another message to say that I wouldn’t be in Seoul on the day they’d rescheduled the visit, but they didn’t reply to either message—not before or after. Luckily, I had another tour booked with a different guide, and it was great.

“It was okay”

I was hoping I would learn a lot more about Korea and culture. I think the tour could be more interesting

“Group was too big”

Our guide was knowledgeable and it is a good way to orient yourself around the city but our group was about 25 people which is just too big to be able to hear and ask questions

“Very nice tour”

“Enjoyable city tour with Moses”

We are two adults plus youth who went on the Seoul city tour in December. It was an enjoyable tour. The meeting point is outside the train station (City Hall). It wasn't specified in this case. The tour was a good orientation to Seoul and Moses pointed out some areas that we would not have noticed on our own, such as the vertical garden at City Hall and the tea shop in Insadong. We ended up going back there the next day on our own. Overall the tour was enjoyable.

“Never appeared”

The guide never showed up at the right place, a total lack of respect for the tourists' time Not recommended at all.

“No show ”

The guide didn’t arrive and they didn’t tell us it was canceled until, one of the people waiting for the tour messaged them directly.
