With this free tour, we aim to let you explore and experience our city through the eyes of the locals, to bring to life our cultural expressions, our gastronomy, our historical institutions, our landmarks, and, of course, to have fun.
We will take you on a journey in time to show you how the city started. We will discuss the rich past, from the First Nations to the arrival of Europeans, and we will experience the present.

33 College St, it's at “College Park” a park which is in the middle of the block and has an entrance from every street that surrounds it, so it might show a different street number in Google Maps.

During wintertime, autumn and early spring, please bring warm clothes because it can get very cold and windy.
TIPS:
You can give your tip in CAD, EUR, USD, GBP, Credit or Debit.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
We’ll meet in the centre of the park. The guide will be 10 minutes early. Check for a person with an umbrella.
The meeting spot is not at St Lawrence market, not at the Toronto sign.

If your plans have changed, and you can no longer attend, please take a moment to update or cancel your reservation so we can offer the spot to someone else.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you decide not to ATTEND anymore, we kindly ask you to click on “Cancel my Booking” at the bottom part of the email received from Freetour.com. If you don’t cancel, we will need to pay a booking fee. Thanks for understanding.
IN CASE YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR CAN NOT FIND THE TOUR GUIDE:
If you are late or if you are not able to find the tour guide, meet us at Dundas Square. We will arrive there approximately 30 minutes after the tour starts and we will stay there for around 15 minutes. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Meeting Spot.

In the tours sometimes pictures are taken by the organizers or other members. Therefore, by attending the tour you automatically consent to these pictures being taken & used as they see fit. If you don’t want to appear in any picture please let the organizer know before the beginning of the event.

How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
