Overview of the tour in Sofia

Day 1: Sofia - arrival and check in at a 3* central hotel
Day 2: Sofia - Veliko Turnovo (approx. mil. 250 km.) Car delivery. Departure to Central Bulgaria and the mediaeval capital city Veliko Turnovo. Check in at the hotel & time to explore the town.
Day 3: Veliko Turnovo – Bojentsi. (approx. mil: 45 km)
Possible visits: Arbanassi museum village, Drianovo Monastery and Triavna Museum Town. Overnight is Bojentsi village architectural reserve .
Day 4: Bojentsi – Kazanluk – Plovdiv (about 155 km). Cross the Central Balkan Mountains via Shipka pass with possible stop to Shipka Memorial Church and proceed to Kazanluk. Visits in the area according your interests. Proceed to Plovdiv. Overnight.
Day 5: Plovdiv – Bansko (about 165 km.) Explore Plovdiv and proceed to Bansko museum town, located at the foothills of Pirin Mountain National Park. Overnight
Day 6: Bansko - day to enjoy Pirin mountain and its surroundings or departure south to visit to Melnik Museum and Rojen 9th c Monastery (about 105 km.) Return to the hotel in Bansko.
Day 7: Bansko – Sofia (approx 160 km)Departure to Sofia. En route – possible stop to Rila Monastery. Arrival and check in Sofia. Drop off car.
Day 8: Departure

On arrival

Self-drive tour, which starts from Sofia. You will be met on the airport and transferred to the hotel upon arrival.
Above itinerary is suggested for the next couple of days and in can be modified according your preferences.

The above quated rates are valid for economy class car, per person in double room.
We can also offer the following options:

All rates are valid per person, in case of accommodation in double room

Deposit: 200 - 300 euro per car (to be blocked on credit card, refundable in the end of the tour)

Full insurances of the rented car include: Third Party Liability /TPL/, Collision Damage Waiver /CDW/, Theft Protection /TP/, Fire Protection /FP/, Personal Accident Insurance /PAI/;
