Next, we make our way to Ann Siang Hill, a charming heritage district lined with restored shophouses and home to one of Singapore's last surviving wells.
Finally, we venture into Telok Ayer, where many of Singapore's early Chinese immigrants first settled. Visit Thian Hock Keng, one of Singapore's oldest Taoist temples, before exploring the Fuk Tak Chi Museum at the entrance of the Amoy Hotel. Together, these landmarks offer a glimpse into the faith, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit that shaped Singapore's Chinese community.

Our Guides
On arrival
We will meet at Maxwell MRT Station (TE18), next to the escalator at Exit 1, within the station itself. Please look out for your guide wearing a red tourist guide lanyard and a wristband on the right hand.
Things to note
1. Please come in comfortable walking shoes as the walk includes some steps and up/ down slopes.
2. Bring along water, an umbrella, a cap/ sunshades, and local currency.
3. Visit to the temple refers to an outside visit only, but do dress modestly as we may step into the main courtyard at selected temples.
4. The tour will end at Fuk Tak Chi Museum (Amoy Hotel), which is just next to Telok Ayer MRT Station (DT18).
5. The tour is guaranteed to run, even if you're the only participant.
