Overview of the tour in Santiago
This experience rescues the essence of a family home with a beautiful garden. You will have the chance to learn the secrets of a real Chilean asado by the fire.
You will taste different premium cuts of meat accompanied by an exquisite reserve wine. As a starter, you will be able to see how it is prepared and enjoy a typical empanada de pino with a glass of pisco sour.
You will learn the secrets of the GRILL, starting with lighting the fire, the point of the charcoal, the different cuts and points of cooking and salt of the meat. We will accompany everything with a Chilean style salad and finish with a dessert of mote con huesillos.
