We will focus on the unwritten history of Santiago, gastronomy, and nightlife to discover how, in a few years, Santiago went from a dictatorship to becoming one of the most open and interesting cities in Latin America, the gestation of a unique underground life, political and counterculture movements, bars scene, its LGBT+ universe, and prominent local design.
