I invite you to come try some of Spain's most typical and unique wines and, if desired, a lovely food paring (tapa). I will take you to the tapas bars with the broadest selection of wines, explain the winemaking process, describe the profiles of the wines we decide to taste, and suggest the most ideal food pairing possible.
I especially like to highlight the autochthonous grapes, such as Rufete, which are only found in the south of Salamanca and north of Extremadura. This is a highly adaptable gastronomic tour for people from all walks of life.
