Overview of the tour in Rome
You will visit a private walking tour with a licensed guide, an expert in history and archaeology. You will be able to see graphic reconstructions visualizing ancient Roman ruins. We will also hear fascinating stories and anecdotes that turned Rome into an eternal city.
Our walk will start from the heart of Rome, Piazza Madonna dei Monti. From there we will walk to the Colosseum, listen to fascinating stories about the Flavian Amphitheater and the Arch of Constantine.
Next, we plan to walk along the Via dei Fori Imperiali to the forums of such emperors as Augustus, Nerva, Trajan and Caesar. From there we will go to Piazzale Michelangio and enjoy the views of Piazza del Campidoglio, see the statue of the She-wolf and Marcus Aurelius.
We will also see the theatre of Marcellus and Porticus Octaviae, walk around the Jewish ghetto. At the end we will go to the Archaeological region of Largo Argentina, where Julius Caesar was killed.
The final point of the tour is the Pantheon temple.
