Hi, I'm Lotti :)
I'm doing my Master's degree in Rome and have worked for large tour agencies so far. I quickly realized that mass processing, poorly trained guides and mixed groups that have actually booked something else are no fun for you or me. That's why I'm gradually setting up my own business. I want to offer tours that feel real. Without a rigid script & without time pressure.
What we do (and what we don't do):
Sure, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Capitol are a must. But I'm much more interested in the "why": Why was the Colosseum built right there? What did everyday life in ancient Rome really look like? We talk about the crazy emperors, the power of propaganda and the question of what significance ancient democracy still has for us today. Together, we will cover the arc from antiquity to fascism and modern times.
The vibe of the tour:
I love bringing people together. A tour is good when we function as a group. We don't just walk behind each other. If the group feels like it, we look into a hidden church, go to a viewpoint or stop for a quick question
