Latvian nature is my passion, and I am very eager to share a bit of it with you as well!
Here is the plan:
1) Start in Riga (pick-up at your location) to head to a special wooden bog trail for stretching legs nicely in nature (around 3km=1h walk).
2) Continue to a short seaside dunes trail along a small river (less than 1km, reaching the sea, and back.
3) Lunch in a nice local restaurant (optional).
4) On our way back, stop by Mezaparks. A huge green place in Riga, here the Grand Open-Air Stage with an exhibition about Latvian Song and Dance Festival traditions.
Also, Riga Zoo is located in Mezaparks, and the area is very nice + well connected to the city center by tram and other public transport, so there is an option to end our tour here for you to keep exploring independently.
