Overview
Departure from Quito, pick up at the hotel or selected meeting point at 7:00 am.
The ride is approximately 3 hours, where there are also technical stops and places to admire the scenery ahead.
We have breakfast in a typical Andean place to recharge energy.
Upon arrival we will visit the glass viewpoint where we will be able to capture the first impression of the lagoon.
Then we will descend to the lagoon for a short walk to the shore of the Quilotoa, you can kayak and then we will go up again (if you do not like walking you can admire the lagoon from its viewpoints).
We will have a typical lunch of the area
And we will continue to our next stop, a craft workshop to admire the manual work of the locals who stand out for their unparalleled works.
Finally we will have an exceptional stop to admire the great Toachi River Canyon and take pictures of the natural geographic formation.
In this way we will complete a day full of experiences in the lagoons closest to the capital.
