Your day begins with convenient pickup from your confirmed hotel, Airbnb, resort, villa, or cruise area.
Then we drive downtown to explore the famous Malecón, its oceanfront views, sculptures, and public art. Also the historic center to Plaza de Armas and the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, while learning the stories and traditions behind the places you visit.
We also take you through Old Town and the Romantic Zone, the Río Cuale area, local markets and artisan shops, Mexican candy stops, and traditional jewelry or silver workshops. Along the coastal route, enjoy beautiful viewpoints such as Conchas Chinas and Los Arcos de Mismaloya.
The experience can be adjusted around your interests, pace, mobility, and available time.

On arrival
For hotels and resorts, we will meet you at the main lobby, bell desk, or designated guest pickup area. Please provide your room number when available, as some properties require it for security access.
For Airbnbs, villas, or private residences, please send us the complete address and any gate or access instructions so we can provide door-to-door service.
For cruise passengers we will be holding a sign with your name on it, pickup instructions will be confirmed based on your ship and terminal port location.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring sun protection, light clothing, and any personal medication or mobility aids you may need.
This is a private and flexible experience, so the exact order of stops may change based on traffic, weather, opening hours, accessibility, guest interests, and the pace of the day.
Meals, personal purchases, attraction admission fees, and gratuities are not included unless specifically stated in your booking. Optional stops such as tequila tastings, shopping, lunch, or additional attractions are based on interest, time, and availability.
Cruise guests should provide their ship name and required return time so we can plan the experience accordingly.
For special requests, mobility considerations, dietary needs, or celebrations, please let us know in advance so we can personalize your experience whenever possible.
Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
