Overview

Welcome to Puebla’s most elegant and personal walking experience. I am Dr. Omar, a local medical doctor and a passionate researcher of my city. Unlike mass-market agencies, there are no rushed schedules or memorized scripts here. I offer a "signature tour," guided at your own pace and accompanied by a carefully curated regional soundtrack (mariachi, danzón, and marimba) that brings the historic streets to life.

Our circular route covers the absolute highlights:
• The Zócalo and the majestic Cathedral
• The Palafoxiana Library (exteriors)
• The vintage charm of Los Sapos Alley
• The origins of the city at Paseo de San Francisco
• Authentic Puebla Talavera workshops
• The bohemian Artist Quarter and El Parián
• A sweet finish at the famous Candies Street

Tailor your journey: choose to dive deeper into political history, baroque mysticism, or my specialty—the fascinating medical history of the colonial era.

As a certified doctor, I ensure a safe environment for any first-aid situation. (Note: This is strictly a cultural walking tour; no medical advice or consultations are provided).

Meeting point

San Miguel Fountain (Puebla Zócalo)

On arrival

Please meet me right by the San Miguel Fountain in the center of the Zócalo. You will easily spot me: I will be dressed in formal classic attire, wearing a vintage hat (Panama or Bowler), and carrying a small speaker playing traditional Mexican music. Please arrive 10 minutes before our 10:00 AM start time so we can begin our experience promptly.

Things to note

Puebla's morning weather is beautiful but can get quite sunny. I highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, a hat, and bringing a bottle of water.

Please note: While I am a certified medical doctor and ensure a safe environment for any basic first-aid situation, this is strictly a cultural walking tour. No medical advice or consultations will be provided during the experience.

Free Cancellation

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
