How to Find the Meeting Point:

• The meeting point is the East Exit of Kintetsu Nara Station, just outside the ticket gates. After exiting through the ticket gates, follow the signs marked “East Exit.” Your guide will be waiting outside the station entrance with a welcome sign.

• Please note that Kintetsu Nara Station and JR Nara Station are different stations. If you arrive at JR Nara Station by mistake, it takes approximately 15–20 minutes on foot to reach the meeting point.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins.

Things to note

General Recommendations:

• Please wear comfortable walking shoes, as we will walk approximately 4–5 km (2.5–3 miles) during the tour.
• In warmer months, we recommend bringing water, a hat, and sunscreen. In colder months, please dress warmly.
• As for the admission fee, it costs JP¥800/per person for Todai-ji Temple, and JP¥700/per person for Kasuga Taisha Shrine.
• Please note that you will also need to cover the guide's admission fee.
• Cash is recommended if you would like to purchase snacks, souvenirs, or deer crackers along the way.
• Please be respectful when interacting with the deer. Although they are accustomed to people, they are wild animals.
• Restrooms and convenience stores are available throughout the tour.
