Overview
We will start with a sacred ritual: an authentic Neapolitan coffee, the engine of our day.
Afterwards, a savory appetizer: the classic Neapolitan Tarallo. We will continue with a creamy buffalo mozzarella, and then an authentic O' Pere e o' Musso, boiled pork with lemon and salt.
We will also try the Neapolitan Cuoppo, with its famous Frittatina, Ciurilli and Scagnuozzi.
And, of course, the king of lunches: the Cuzzetiello, stuffed with our most iconic sauces, Ragù or Genovese.
To close with a flourish, you can choose between the sweet Babà or the crunchy Sfogliatella.
During the tour we will visit the most authentic places of the city, frequented by real Neapolitans. At each stop you will learn about the history and tradition of each dish, as well as tips on how to enjoy it to the fullest.
