Overview of the tour in Nairobi

Hi! And welcome to Kibera slum the largest urban slum in Africa and the third largest urban slum in the world with an estimated population of over one million people. During this tour, the guide will generally focus on our community's way of life and culture. The scenery the evolution of the slum areas and most importantly the challenges.

I will meet my clients at the main entrance of Equity Bank Kibera, one of the largest commercial banks in the country. The tour starts immediately after we meet as we go through the slum.

We will also visit some of the historic areas during the tour, such as the oldest railway line built during the pre-colonial period. Walkers will also have the option of trying some local delicious dishes but at a cost.

We will also have some photo sessions throughout the tour. We will also visit some of the local public and private schools, not forgetting the local NGOs. These non-governmental organizations help mitigate the challenges the people in the community face. You will have an amazing and mesmerizing experience in the community of Kibera.
