Upon landing, your personal driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name to assist with your luggage.

Flight details required: system booking times are approximate. Please provide your flight number and arrival time so we can track your flight in real time.
No extra fees for delays: we monitor your flight. If it gets delayed, we wait at no extra cost.
Vehicles for any group: sedans, SUVs, vans, and buses available depending on group size.
Direct transfer: unscheduled stops (malls, exchange booths, restaurants) are not included.
Luggage policy: includes 1 standard suitcase, 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item per person. Oversized luggage requiring a larger vehicle incurs extra charges. Pets, bikes, surfboards, and wheelchairs require advance notice.
Surcharge areas: extra charge applies outside medellín (Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, Bello, Santa Elena).

Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
