On arrival
Please meet us at the designated meeting point in El Poblado at least 10–15 minutes before the departure time. Your tour guide will meet you there to coordinate transport and head together to the ATV base in Guarne.
We only accept guests with confirmed reservations. If you have any trouble finding the meeting point or need assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp.
Things to note
Identification: Original ID or passport number is required for all participants at registration/check-in.
Clothing: Wear comfortable long pants, closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots), and clothes you don't mind getting dusty or muddy. Bringing a change of clothes is recommended.
Weather: The activity operates rain or shine in the Andes Mountains. Bringing a light raincoat is recommended.
Safety & Punctuality: Helmets and protective safety gear are provided and mandatory. Please arrive on time at the meeting point so the group can depart as scheduled.
A waiver contract is provided to activate the insurance.
Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
